Good to know
Are there seats and tables we can use?
Yes, but please request them when you book and tell us how many people you need to seat, guests included. You can add this in the booking form above.
Can we book for longer than an hour?
An hour with us is a long time, and most kids’ groups are knackered by the end of it. If it’s a must-do for your party plan, ask us how and when to make an extended-time booking — you can add this in the booking form above.
Will others be skating during our party?
No. Birthday bookings are exclusive to your party.
What days and times can we book?
We like to host parties at the start of the day to minimise disruption for our regular skaters. Saturdays 10:00am – 12:00pm and Sundays 12:30 – 3:00pm work well for private bookings, but you can request another time in the booking form. Weekdays need to be discussed — please call us on (09) 528 1052.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Absolutely, as long as you bring black rubbish sacks and take your rubbish away with you. Rubbish disposal costs us and isn’t covered by our tenancy.
Do you offer lessons as part of a party?
Absolutely. We have trained skateboard, scooter and rollerblade coaches. We need to know numbers in advance to confirm availability — add this in the booking form above.
Do you have music?
We have a music and PA system. Ask the volunteer on duty about what’s playing — clean versions and mixes only.
What if we want to stay longer?
After the party, any of your guests are welcome to stay and skate. Standard pricing applies once your booking time ends.
